In today's
racist society / economy / government--Inner City Tenants are working and
paying RENTS--which in 40 years
--add up to
$1,000,000--several times MORE than many others are paying to become
OWNERS of basic properties. Nearly unregulated inflation in Rents and
Mortgages has today made the goals of (HISTORY
OF)
"Life, Liberty
PROPERTY"
unreachable--as the land lord
"industry"
has become ever more corporatized and nationalized.
Today with
the emergence of national landlord mega corporations--ownership now
involves millions of investment bankers and mutual fund share holders.
This translates to a new stranglehold on the Tenants which involves too
many owners per slave.
Seeing this
runaway inflation--the smaller landlords have also joined the inflation
craze. Rent Control--which should be the very basis of economic
fairness
--has
been outlawed by 29 of our 50 States--and doesn't exist in 10 others.

Property Rights of America's Working Class have been undermined and
assassinated since the days of the
American Revolution. These rights have been under
relentless assault every year
for the past 50 years.
Tenants of America's Inner Cities are today engaged in an organized fight
for their rights like never before.
|
They should NOT have to take on this fight alone. Democrats, organizations
afilliated with the Democratic Party, Labor Unions, College Activists--any
& ALL concerned citizens must step up and lend a hand--for however long it
takes.

For
some reason--certain parties in America would have us believe that the
Black population of the Rural South and
|
the Black
population of the
Urban North are 2 unrelated and
unconnected groups--when it is the case they are absolutely related
and connected--even one and the same.
Black
Farmers-1920-2020 [20]
Although many of
the filthy rich have become popular "heroes"--most all of their wealth is
derived from tax evasion, robbery, exploitation and enslavement of humanity, and
plunder of our Planet's resources.

The path to
economic justice will include the
millionaires and billionaires paying taxes
like they used to--and supporting
every worthy
cause. As today's wealth for the investors dwarfs that of 1960 by a
factor of 50--these millions of better-off Americans must pay mega Reparations
and return to the working class--yes--take up Trades with their own 2 hands--to
earn their OWN living--a humble one. America was
once a "Great Nation" -- only because we were nearly ALL Working People.
Economic
justice from our "government" has been in short supply--our Federal
Government and the 50 States are doing far more today for the Investors
than those who WORK for a living.
(05a) Colleges and Chambers of Commerce today must steer young people
away from investing in exploitation and towards working for their own
living.

acres:
The
African, Hispanic and Native Americans have worked and paid enough to
own 1/2 of America--it is high time we did everything possible to
restore their hard-earned 1/2 TO them. After "Freeing the Slaves" --the
only way our better-off could keep the other 1/2 (which is far less than
they currently own and control) would be to forevermore--WORK AND PAY
FOR IT.
