Landlords must be required by law to provide certain amounts of Affordable Housing--50% -- of the 50% --25% must be Efficiency Apartments and 25% must be Rooming Houses. Very Basic Houses--which in 2025 are selling for $440,000 must revert to $125,000 and Very Basic Apartments which in 2025 are renting for $1900 must revert to $700. All personal taxes should be roughly doubled and personal exemptions should be halved. In the 1960's--when the vast majority of Americans were WORKING PEOPLE--we had 24 tax brackets. Economics 101 theory was that there must be a 50/50 balance between the Public Economy and the Private Economy.

02		The problem that "Free" Trade is destroying the economy for the majority of WORKING people on Earth is NOT ONLY a macroeconomic problem. It will be solved ONLY if the majority of individual Americans change their personal lives. We must each choose to WORK--with our own 2 hands--each taking up a Trade--forevermore. We must then choose to be happy with the small amount of wealth we can each create with our own 2 hands. Corporations need to turn themselves into Workers' Cooperatives. Inflated prices of everything need to be greatly reduced to favor Workers over Corporations--and those who invest in them. We in the USA need to increase our United Nations dues from less than $30 billion to maybe even $3 trillion per year. Our public sector must serve the hardest WORKING people much more--and the corporations less. off line	Investment Reform: In 1987 the USA had 59 Investment Banks and 213 "Mutual" Funds. In 2024--we have 3000 Investment Banks and 7000 "Mutual" Funds. How directly does this EXPLOSION connect to "Free" Trade and EXPLOSIONS in inflation in our own country ? https://www.stlouisfed.org/publications/regional-economist/october-1993/banks-and-investment-funds-no-longer-mutually-exclusive Transparency--Reporting to the Investors, to the Federal Government and to the general public--with the exception of a limited amount of investigative journalism--ALL BUT DOES NOT EXIST--WITH CORPORATIONS--OR WITH MUTUAL FUNDS. WHEN MUTUAL FUNDS MIGHT BE CHARGED WITH MONEY LAUNDERING--THE FBI COMPLAINS--THAT WITH LAWS CURRENTLY ON THE BOOKS--THEIR HANDS ARE ALL BUT TIED. SOME OF US ARGUE THAT MONEY LAUNDERING IS WHAT MUTUAL FUNDS ARE ALL ABOUT. Is another purpose to create a massive middle class buffer zone--so that the SLAVES don't kill the KINGS ? The current definition of transparency means each Mutual Fund has to report a list of corporations it own shares in, how many shares and dollars of each, and gains or losses. They are NOT required to tell investors that many corporations are complicit in paying (over 1 billion workers world wide ?) wages as small as $50 per month. Is there even such a thing as socially responsible investing ?		Although just before the "Free" Trade Era began--Nader & Company issued dire warnings for A FEW YEARS--and MOST OF US PAID LITTLE ATTENTION. In recent years--some Wall Street workers have even said that the people they were--only a decade ago--would put the people that THEY HAVE BECOME BY TODAY--IN PRISON. In the years immediately following 09-11-2001--many of us--including many Wall St. workers--seemed to be doing a lot of soul searching. For the 1st few centuries--America's richest--when they felt like being honest--testified that their most valuable asset was the millions of slaves they owned. With all this slavery right out in the open --what is never mentioned is that the wealthy investors of the North profited FROM this slavery far more than their Southern counterparts. This being true--the way to end slavery--as opposed to getting 2/3 of a million people killing each other--would have been for the Northern business people to PAY--even 100x more--for all the agricultural production of the South--which they-- FOR CENTURIES had been STEALING. Because the Northern business people made it clear--post Civil War--that they weren't going to pay one dollar more--there was nothing to pay former slaves WITH--and the Southern counterparts had to find a way of "legally" continuing slavery. According to the (1865) 13th Amendment--slavery was still "legal" only as punishment for convicted felons. So what they did throughout the next CENTURY--was to convict 1000's upon 1000's of Black men of major crimes they never committed. Then states and municipalities leased these new slaves out to private interests for fees equal to what they used pay to buy slaves. The massive explosion in investor wealth of the past 3 decades--is supposedly unconnected to 1 to 2 "free" trade billion slaves world wide today. With the world-wide web--your kids in elementary school could get a good start on the detective research. Over the past 3 decades there have been very few authors who have shed any light on this subject--and their works are almost entirely in the abstract. on line	While today's biggest Investment Banks and Mutual Funds have Trillions of dollars in Assets Under Management involving thousands of corporations each in which they invest--some of us wonder if the size of these Banks and Funds violates our Anti Trust Laws. For any given Mutual Fund--should the number of corporations invested in be limited to 100 ? Do these funds need to be broken up ? Then--by jockeying their investments around --can each individual investor decide which company he or she wants to WORK at--with his or her 2 hands--and end up with owning ALL their shares invested in that single company ? Then can we transform corporations into WORKERS' COOPERATIVES ? Can investors voluntarily distribute their (mainly unearned) shares amongst existing Workers--nation and World wide--in exchange for their being TRAINED AS AN APPRENTICE ? While ideas like these haven't occured to everyone--they have occurred to some of us. Could it be that transformations as radical as these--on our own initiatives--are needed to save us from total destruction of the World we live in ? With this $18 billion being only 0.00064 of our gdp--the 2016-2020 Trump administration started hacking away. Along with repairing Trump's damages to our Federal Science, Ecology, Labor Rights, Housing, Health and Education Programs--President Biden also got to work restoring our UN dues. From 1933 to 1980--corporations, filthy rich and better-off Americans paid REAL TAXES-- because they believed in their country more than they do today--and they believed in was necessary. When I open my Economics 101 textbook from the late 1970's--I see it has a chart / graph on page 500--which should be on page one. This graph testifies that Neither extreme--TOTAL SOCIALISM on the Left--or--TOTAL CAPITALISM on the Right--are Workable. It doesn't say that right in the middle--IS WHAT WORKS BEST--although this may be the case. If the USA ever had a 50/50 BALANCE between the Public Economy and the Private Economy--it was probably in the 1960's--when the vast majority of us were still WORKING PEOPLE. After our President was assassinated in 1963--Congress also tried to assassinate his Space Program in 1966--de-funding NASA by 500%. From this point--we might never have set foot on the Moon if 1000's of NASA workers hadn't volunteered what added up to years of unpaid overtime--many volunteering thru the night and thru the weekend. 03		Potential Amendments to the US Constitution: I&R Elect all Judges for limited terms--especially the Supreme Court. Abolish the Electoral College 2/3	(President) Trump--he thinks he can be a dictator. Should he be impeached and removed from office by Congress ? (After positioning a good replacement--like the Nixon / Ford deal). Executive Orders are Constitutional if they are based on the President's Constitutional powers or on laws passed by Congress. The Constitution does not explicitly permit Executive Orders, but the President's broad authority to issue directives is the Constitutional basis for them. When we look up the subject of Executive Orders--we find that all of our Presidents before Abraham Lincoln seemed to be true democrats (small d) not dictators. The 1st 15 Presidents-- believing that legislation is the domain of Congress--wrote almost NO Executive Orders. 04			When we look up the subject of Executive Orders--we find that all of our Presidents before Abraham Lincoln seemed to be true democrats (small d) not dictators. The 1st 15 Presidents-- believing that legislation is the domain of Congress--wrote almost NO Executive Orders. For all practical purposes--the 1st Executive Order in US history was Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation of 01 jan 1863--likely it was also the most important. Because its legality and constitutionality were questioned in private by Lincoln himself-- he thought it of the utmost urgency to get the 13th Amendment passed as soon as possible-- (and before the states in rebellion rejoined the US).

13		Make no mistake about it--my degree is barely a kindergarten degree--at the age of 70--I'm finally starting to think and learn. It should NOT have taken a disaster as severe as the Corona Pandemic to start me thinking and learning.	The Diverse Ecosystems of our Planet have many Checks and Balances. What most of us Fail to Realize--Is that us People are but a Microscopic Part of an almost Infinite and Beautiful Ecosystem. I am starting to wonder-- that after we have DESTROYED many crucial parts of our Planet's Ecosystems-- are these checks and balances which protect us--possibly much more than the immune systems of our own bodies--IN MANY AREAS IN WHICH WE "LIVE" -- all too much MISSING ? Microorganisms--things which don't even exist for the majority of us regular FOOLS--are the very foundation of Life of Earth--both ancient and modern. We never would have existed without them-- and we would not exist today without them; in fact--The Living, Organic, Biomass part of our Planet weighs roughly 1/7 as much as the total mass of the Planet. The Human Race weighs weighs about 0.00086 as much as the Bacteria of our Planet--and 0.00013 as much as the plants and trees of our Planet. One of the 3 main categories is Bacteria--they are entirely good guys--the bad guys are mutations generated by human mistakes (we often confuse bacteria with viruses--2 different things) When--we kill ALL the microorganisms of any God-given territory--whether thru over urbanization, industries which could be Ecological but aren't, or poisonous pesticides--THERE IS NO LONGER ANY POSSIBILITY OF NATURAL COMPOSTING (what our planet is largely made out of) --AND THE LAND IS as DEAD as hydroponic "agriculture". In response to the Corona Virus--many people have said--"I don't live in THAT World". This mistake could cost me my life--as it has millions of others--so I do get vaccinated once per year. In spite of my getting vaccinated--I suspect I may--mysteriously have a certain amount of built-in, natural immunity to things like the Corona Virus (I had the flu virus a few years ago ... one day I felt like I was dying--a few days later I was as good as new--I never got any medical attention. This suspected natural immunity is from my living and working close to the land (I'm a Save the Trees Tree Surgeon / Ecological Landscaper). I'm also much inclined to believe that the African, Hispanic and Native American farmers live and work closer to the land than the rest--and take better care of their land than the rest. For this reason--THEY may be likely to have a certain amount of natural immunity to things like the Corona Virus. NOW LET'S TAKE A JUMP TO OUR SPACE PROGRAM (if the Trump Monster doesn't kill it). We should believe--unlike NASA and Star Trek fiction (imagination IS more important than knowledge) that we aren't going far out into the Universe without 1st learning to replicate Earth's natural Ecosystems--practicing closer to home (Lunar L-5 ... the same orbit as the Moon--trailing behind it--is commonly thought of as a good place to start). Dr. Mae Jemison--the 1st African American woman astronaut (1987-1993) ... did she resign in 1993 from the space program after flying only one mission--because NASA was (and still is) almost entirely about machinery--and had/has almost NOTHING to do with Life Sciences and Living Things ? After NASA, Jemison was a professor of environmental studies at Dartmouth College from 1995 to 2002.. At about the same time--Jemison also founded the Dorothy Jemison Foundation for Excellence in honor of her mother. One project of the foundation was The Earth We Share--a science camp for students aged 12 to 16. In 2012, Jemison made the winning bid for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency 100 Year Starship project through the Dorothy Jemison Foundation for Excellence. The foundation was awarded a $500,000 grant for further work. The new organization maintained the organizational name 100 Year Starship. Jemison is the current principal of the 100 Year Starship. When our World Trade Center Towers disappeared 09 sep 2001--did something direct our attention to the Brooklyn Bridge--a few blocks away--which--when it was completed in 1883--was the ONLY sky scraper. Designers, Architects and Fire Science Engineers / Fighters--said THEN--in the 1880's--don't build more than 3 stories high. A century later--350 NYC firefighters died on 9-11 trying to save LIVES--along with 2500 other people. These lives should have been saved more than a century ago--by architects, planners, bankers and politicians. Anyhow--the above (Right) post card is of an archeological site in Northern Scotland. Some Egyptians sailed there and built this SOLAR/ EARTH ARCHITECTURE LONG BEFORE THEY EVER BUILT THE BIGGEST (USELESS) PYRAMIDS. Today--in 2025--many of us ALL have considered Solar/ Earth Architecture--and how it needs NO EXTERNAL INPUTS OF ENERGY--while sky scrapers could consume a WHOLE PLANET OF RESOURCES--WHILE ACCOMPLISHING NOTHING ELSE. Many of us have considered carefully dismantling ALL the useless sky scrapers--and carefully recycling ALL the materials into Solar/ Earth Architecture--no more blasting sky scrapers and crunching houses--WE HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO CAREFULLY DISMANTLE BUILDINGS AND HOUSES--AND USE ONLY RECYCLED BUILDING MATERIALS FROM NOW ON. In the South--when we turn on the air conditioning--we are often burning MORE COAL. WE		CAN'T BURN COAL--WE CAN'T BURN ALL THE FORESTS ON EARTH FOR FIREWOOD. OUR PLANET WILL--OVER THE NEXT FEW DECADES--BE OUT OF PETROL AND NATURAL GAS, URANIUM--Heaven forbid--we only have enough for one century at current rates of Demand. The following are the main elements of Solar/ Earth: (1) Solar/ Earth is more than super- insulation--its tapping directly into the temperature of the Earth--below the frost line--where the temperature is a constant 50 to 60 degrees F. This gives us a very small heating OR cooling requirement. In the North--the South side of a structure is double-glazed glass-- minimal depth South to North--a lot of length East to West. (2) This is for direct Solar Input-- the Structure itself incorporating as much Thermal Mass as possible--to absorb the rays and store the Heat--or in the South--the glass side faces North--and you're storing the Cool. For Cooling--a draft can be created with Solar Chimneys which pull in air thru underground tubes. (3) While many have built Solar/ Earth which includes a massive reinforced concrete super- structure overhead--this is an unnecessary expense--the overhead part can simply be super- insulated. (4) We often don't need to pipe water in from far away--or tap into the groundwater-- causing a great ecological disturbance to IT. We can store water in huge tanks from roof runoff. Then we can heat it with Solar Hot Water systems--and finally--we can recycle water several times. The thing about Solar/ Earth Architecture is not about building something that simply LOOKS impressive--its a by-product of being the best Stewards--not Passengers of the Planet we can be. Looking good is desirable and possible--but its secondary. Maybe the fools who planned and designed all these sky scrapers--can volunteer to help dis- mantle and recycle them. Maybe we can build partnerships between BUSINESS and LABOR-- where--if the workers / organized labor will invent ways which are infinitely GREENER--AS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THEIR JOBS--the business people will reverse price the hyper- inflated Mortgages, Rents, Tuitions, Utilities and Groceries by 3-4-5 decades--making it necessary that they learn to WORK for a living--of course many (not ALL) of them WORK already.

20a			President, VP, Senators Warren / Markey Bigger Is Not Better Our present Long-Distance Electric Grid involves LOSING HALF the Electric Power in Transmission--the power that we get out of the grid is ONE HALF the amount put into it at the other end. The customer--with the exception of Rural Electric Coop members--is only getting 1/2 what he's paying for. It is especially tragic when a whole multitude of sacred and holy green power--1/2 of IT is also thrown clean away. If and only if we RECLAIM OUR "GREAT NATION" by ALL rejoining the WORKING class--that the following become possibilities: New Wind Farms--land-based and off-shore, and new Solar Farms--solar thermal and photovoltaic ... need to be steered entirely away from ripping off millions upon millions of divided and conquered rate payers---and steered entirely toward powering factories, solar light-rail transit and commuter systems, and light-rail freight.....all of these being within a very few miles--even feet--away from the green power SOURCES. This way--nearly ALL of the electric power is put to work--no longer throwing 1/2 of it the hell away. Energy-wise--Homes need to become totally independent. This can become affordable if our RENTS AND MORTGAGES ON BASIC APARTMENTS AND HOMES RETURN FROM $2000 TO $700 AND $450,000 TO $150,0000, respectively. Home batteries need to be lead-acid ... which is less toxic than Lithium and 100% recyclable as opposed to un-recyclable. Lead-acid ain't bad--but its less bang per buck. Four other treaties were adopted to reinforce the framework set by the Outer Space Treaty. 2) The Rescue Agreement of 1968 requires States to assist an astronaut in case of accident, distress, emergency or unintended landing. 3) The Liability Convention of 1972 establishes the standards of liability for damage caused by space objects. 4) The Registration Convention of 1975 requires States to register all objects launched into outer space with the United Nations. 5) The Moon Agreement of 1979 elaborates on the provisions of the Outer Space Treaty as they apply to the Moon and other celestial bodies.

			Racism in the early Years of the US Space Program Alan B. Shepard was the 1st American Astronaut in Space--and one of the 2 last astronauts to set foot on the Moon (he was sidelined for a lengthy stretch due to complications from an ear infection). During his career he often became agitated for no obvious reason. His problem may have been that he had a guilt complex--he knew there were people of color who were better qualified than he was--but for the 1st 25 years of NASA--they were nowhere to be seen. His colleagues who knew him well may have suspected what the man's problem was--but they remained silent about it. African, Hispanic and Native American astronauts--and numerous women astronauts finally started appearing on the scene in the early 1980's. If you have a stack of astronaut cards--something like a stack of baseball cards--you start to think and begin to realize something: Numerous African American astronauts did not get there as easily as their white people counterparts. Many of these African Americans even died at ages younger than people should. They were so dedicated and worked so hard that they worked themselves into an early grave.

26a	"We The People" are the 1st words of our Constitution. Initiative and Referendum--50 States and Federal Level About 1995 a Republican Congressman (Pete Hoekstra--06 Michigan) proposed a law mandating an Initiative and Referendum System at the Federal level. President Clinton--at the same time--often remarked "I think we ought to have an election on that"-- with regard to numerous important issues. Executive Orders ? Our 1st 15 Presidents wrote almost NO executive orders. Being true democrats (small d) they seemed to believe that legislation is the domain of Congress. If Executive Orders are to be allowed--they should NOT be legal without a majority of both houses of Congress. The 1st real executive order was Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation of 01 jan 1865. Lincoln himself--being sure that this Executive Order was less than legal or Constitutional--while getting the ball rolling--he vigorously pushed for the 13th Amendment. Although Lincoln was murdered only 5 days after the conclusion of the Civil War--the 13th Amendment--outlawing slavery--was entered into force the same year of 1865. Cabinet Level Departments should only be created by Congress--their heads requiring Senate Confirmation. Popular Vote Elections: President--according to various opinion polls--spanning decades--roughly 2/3 of Americans support abolition of the Electoral College. Cabinet Posts--should they be elected by the voters ? 1/3 of them every 2 years--like the Senate--for 6-year Terms--with a 2-term limit ? Supreme Court--should 3 of the 9 seats on the bench be up for ELECTION for 6-year terms every 2 years--with a 2 term limit ? Roughly half of our 50 states ELECT all of their judges.
26b	Balanced Budget Amendment 50 years ago--our Federal Debt almost didn't exist--today in 2025--its roughly 1 1/2 x gdp. The Reagan Administration--in only 8 years--borrowed for its peacetime military buildup-- MORE THAN THE US HAD PREVIOUSLY BORROWED IN ITS TOTAL HISTORY. Top Tax Bracket--does it need to go from 40% back up to 75% ? Taxes could be reduced to as low as 55% with a multitude of personal initiative tax incentives. From 1965 to the early 1980's--it was reduced to 70%, in the early 1980's--to 50%, in the late 1980's--to less than 30%, then in the early 1990's--to 40%, and from 2003 to 2012--to 35%.
